Your Privacy Matters

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

This policy describes the limited information involved when you browse Sketsaonline or contact us.

1. Scope and Current Features

This Privacy Policy applies to the public pages of sketsaonline.com (the “Site”), an informational technology publication operated by Sketsaonline.

Current public-site status: the Site does not offer reader accounts, comments, an on-site contact form, newsletter signup, checkout, payment processing, or public file uploads. The current application also does not load Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or other advertising trackers.

The Contact page provides an email link. Selecting that link opens your email service; it does not submit information through a form hosted by Sketsaonline.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Information You Choose to Send

If you email us, we receive the address you use, the message and subject line, and any other information or attachments you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

2.2 Basic Technical Information

Like most websites, the server, hosting provider, or network infrastructure may process basic request and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the Site. This may include an IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser or user-agent data, response status, and error or security logs.

Sketsaonline does not use the public Site to build reader profiles, collect payment-card data, request precise GPS location, or collect public comments.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Site
  • Detect abuse, malicious traffic, and technical problems
  • Respond to email inquiries and follow up on requested matters
  • Protect our rights and comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell personal information for money.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The current public Site does not set application cookies for analytics, advertising, personalization, or marketing. It also does not use browser local storage to track public readers.

A restricted administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie to authenticate authorized editors. Ordinary readers do not receive this cookie merely by browsing public pages. Hosting or security infrastructure may also use strictly necessary technologies to route traffic, prevent abuse, or maintain service reliability.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide any notice or consent controls required by applicable law before using them.

5. Service Providers and External Links

  • Hosting and network providers: may process technical request data to deliver, operate, and secure the Site.
  • Email providers: process your message when you choose to contact us by email, under their own terms and privacy practices.
  • External websites: articles may link to third-party sites. Once you follow an external link, that site controls its own data practices.

A link to another website does not mean that Sketsaonline controls or endorses that website's privacy practices.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose limited information only where reasonably necessary:

  • To providers that host, deliver, secure, or support the Site or email communications
  • To comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, or to protect rights and safety
  • As part of a genuine business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law
  • With your direction or consent

The current Site does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not operate a data-broker business.

7. Retention and Security

Technical logs are retained according to operational, security, and hosting-provider settings. Email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited information we process. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email us using the address in Section 12 and describe what you are requesting. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We will respond as required by applicable law. Because the public Site has no reader accounts or profiles, we may hold little or no information that can be linked to you unless you have emailed us.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is a general-audience technology publication and is not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through public accounts, comments, forms, or purchases because those features are not offered. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. International Processing

Sketsaonline is available globally. Hosting, network, or email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the responsible provider or Sketsaonline will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.

11. Changes and Clarification

We may update this policy when the Site's features, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. If we add a feature that materially changes how personal information is handled, we will update this page and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

This policy describes current data-handling practices in general terms. It is not legal, tax, or regulatory advice and does not reduce any privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law controls.
